What if I don't like the Vetted Agent I get connected with?

No problem. We understand not everyone will be a good fit. There is no obligation to use the Vetted Agent we connect you with. We are happy to connect you with another Vetted Agent, or even another until we find the right fit.

Who pays the real estate commission?

It varies from state to state. However, when buying a home, the home seller usually pays the commission.

When selling a home, the seller typically pays both the listing brokerage commission and the commission to the brokerage representing the buyer.

How much is a real estate commission?

Commissions vary, however, a seller predetermines the commission amount they will be paying out to both brokerages prior to listing.
